Christmas is coming up soon, and who doesn’t want their lovable lab to get into the Christmas spirit. Whether it’s for the Christmas card photo, or just so that your family can say “awww” what a cute puppy, getting a costume for your Labrador is always a fun thing to do.

If you have never had the inkling of a desire to dress up your dog, I think you might be telling a fib…LOL.

Need a reason to dress them up in costumes other than Halloween? There are tons of occasions…

There is something that is so funny when we “humanize” our pooches, since, in so many ways already, they have so many habits and ways about them that are “human”.

On Canada Day or Independence Day (4th of July), how many times have you seen cool dogs with their families walking around with snazzy bandannas or sunglasses on?

Weddings galore…Summertime is wedding time, and not only have I been seeing people planning puppy-weddings, it is becoming more commonplace to have pooches in the wedding party as little, hairy ushers or as ring bearers or flower dogs…Pretty darn cute…Well, they need a tuxedo or gown to wear too!

What about doggy birthday parties or a costume party, just because…

Of course, the classic Santa hat and reindeer antlers are absolutely essential for Christmas…Too funny…My 3 dogs look like the Grinch’s dog in the cartoon…They act like they’re heavy or they can’t walk with them, even though they’re made of foam…LOL…

Well, where in the world can I find these pet costumes anyway?

I find great pet costume sites online all the time. Neat! They have any costume you could think of, and then a bunch more!

Even when I visited Texas, I saw people putting bathing suits on their dogs…Too cute and too funny!
